My brothers and I would play hide and seek in the casket showroom while my father was making funeral arrangements in his office. Our family business stayed small and humble to serve people with dedication and respect.
As the years grew, so did our business. When people passed away from home and we needed to use a trade service for assistance, it always felt like we were a bother. Not many funeral homes wanted to do “trade work.”
To me, trade work is an extension of a service that I was raised to do. I feel compelled to handle trade work as if the deceased’s family contacted me personally. We are not just a removal service. Penn Trades goal is to provide a complete mortuary support system for licensed professionals.
